Shipping Policy
We proudly ship from Puerto Rico. Processing takes 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking email. Shipping times vary by destination. We aren't responsible for delays like weather or carrier issues once the coffee has left our facility.
- Flat Rate Shipping to PR & US. Free shipping on qualifying orders of $75 or more (before taxes). We love local support.
Returns & Refund Policy
Coffee is perishable, so opened bags cannot be returned. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. Unused mugs or apparel have a 30-day original condition return window.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if production hasn't started. Once an order enters production or has shipped, we are unable to process any cancellations.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters. Data is used only to process orders, ship purchases, and communicate. We never sell your info. Payments are secure and not stored by our team.
